Fotobuch-Kultur im Umbruch\u00ab von Markus Schaden, PhotoBookMuseum&nbsp;K\u00f6ln<br>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Markus Schaden blickt in diesem Vortrag auf die aktuelle Lage des Mediums Fotobuch und bietet spannende Ausblicke und Perspektiven aus dem PhotoBookMuseum \u2011Think Tank! Seitdem das New Yorker Museum of Modern Art am letzten Jahreswechsel die zentrale Rolle des Fotobuchs in der Fotografie in einem beeindruckenden Credo postuliert hat scheint ein Zeitenwechsel eingeleitet. Mehr als 2 Jahrzehnte hat sich das Fotobuch als universelles und gleichwohl visuelles Ausdrucksmittel turbulent auf dem Globus weiterentwickelt. Markus Schaden war und ist dabei , als Aktivist und Evangelist dieses Kulturguts.<\/p>\n<p><em>Markus Schaden ist Buchh\u00e4ndler, Verleger und Gr\u00fcndungsdirektor des PhotoBookMuseums in K\u00f6ln. Mitte der 1990er Jahre gr\u00fcndete er einen auf Fotob\u00fccher spezialisierten Verlag und Buchladen und ver\u00f6ffentlichte mehr als 100 Fotob\u00fccher. Seit 2010 ist er als Dozent unter anderem an der Kunsthochschule f\u00fcr Medien in K\u00f6ln, der Fachhochschule Dortmund und der Lichtblick-Schule in K\u00f6ln t\u00e4tig. Er f\u00fchrt in die gezeigten Videoarbeiten ein und stellt sich den Fragen des Publikums. Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt er&nbsp; Einblicke in die Kunst des Sammelns.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><em>Mario von Kelterborn sieht sich als Fo\u0308rderer von Ideen und Kreativita\u0308t. Der Unternehmer interessiert sich fu\u0308r politisch brisante und philosophisch hintergru\u0308ndige Werke, die auch a\u0308sthetisch u\u0308berzeugen ko\u0308nnen und unterschiedliche Sichtweisen ero\u0308ffnen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Videoarbeiten und Videoinstallationen sowie Fotografie. Bekannte Ku\u0308nstler wie Hito Steyerl (z. B. Factory of the Sun, Liquidity Inc.), Richard Mosse (z. B. The Enclave), Harun Farocki (z. B. Parallel I\u2011IV) oder Taryn Simon sind ebenso vertreten wie Gary Hill als Pionier der Videokunst oder Mariana Vassileva jeweils mit beinahe 50 Werken. Anke R\u00f6hrscheid als erste K\u00fcnstlerin der Sammlung wird bis heute gesammelt und begleitet. Andererseits werden junge Ausnahmetalente wie Teboho Edkins und Ismae\u0308l Joffroy Chandoutis (Ces\u00e1r f\u00fcr Maalbeek 2022) seit ihren Anfa\u0308ngen gesammelt und gefo\u0308rdert. Die deutsche Teilung wirkt fu\u0308r den in Ostberlin geborenen Mario von Kelterborn in Werken von Barbara Klemm, Mario Pfeifer oder Henrike Naumann nach. Der Vortag wird die Vielfalt der fotografischen Ausdrucksformen in den Fokus nehmen. Dabei wird er bei der Idee der Fotografie beginnen, die bereits im platonischen H\u00f6hlengleichnis formuliert wurde und wird die Entdeckung der hellen Kammer behandeln; Er wird sich mit den Malern des 17. Jahrhunderts befassen, die man als erste Lichtzeichner (Fotografen) bezeichnen kann sowie die Physiker und Chemiker, die zusammen mit den K\u00fcnstlern des 19. Jahrhunderts verschiedene Techniken entwickelten, um das fotografische Bild auf unterschiedlichen Tr\u00e4gern festzuhalten. Enden wird der Spaziergang bei der digitalen Bildgenerierung und den zahlreichen Crossovers, die die K\u00fcnstler heute f\u00fcr ihre Erz\u00e4hlungen verwenden. In der Kunststiftung DZ BANK legen wir den Schwerpunkt auf K\u00fcnstler, die mit einer sehr bewussten Wahl ihrer Techniken das Bildgeschehen untermauern.&nbsp;Zur Untermalung werden Bilder aus der Kunstsammlung der DZ BANK herangezogen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Dr. Christina Leber studierte katholische Theologie und P\u00e4dagogik an verschiedenen Universit\u00e4ten im In- und Ausland.&nbsp; Von 1992 bis 1999 war sie freie Mitarbeiterin&nbsp; in zahlreichen Unternehmenssammlungen, darunter Merril Lynch, Goldman, Sachs, Deutsche Bank. Weggebrochenen M\u00e4rkte auf der einen und vielf\u00e4ltige Ausspielkan\u00e4le und neue Publikationsformen auf der anderen Seite, lassen enorme Fliehkr\u00e4fte entstehen. Wie sich der Fotojournalismus in unserer hyperkomplexen, extrem beschleunigten Welt, in der alle mit allen kommunizieren, aktuell zu positionieren versucht, ist das Thema des Vortrags.<\/p>\n<p><em>Dr. Felix Koltermann ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Studiengang \u201cFotojournalismus und Dokumentarfotografie\u201d der Hochschule Hannover. Er leitet dort ein Post-Doc-Forschungsprojekt \u00fcber bildredaktionelle Praktiken im digitalen Zeitungsjournalismus.
