Tobias Kruse auf die Suche nach den Spuren einer Zeit, die bis heute ihre Schatten auf die Gegenwart wirft: die Jahre nach der Wiedervereinigung in Ostdeutschland. Eine wilde Zeit, die reich an M\u00f6glichkeiten war, f\u00fcr viele aber auch Entt\u00e4uschung, Wut und Verbitterung brachte. 30 Jahre nach dem Mauerfall fuhr der Fotograf und geb\u00fcrtige Mecklenburger 8.000 Kilometer durch den Osten Deutschlands. Er reiste durch leere Landstriche und D\u00f6rfer, in volle Fu\u00dfball-Stadien und zu n\u00e4chtlichen Demonstrationen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Aus dieser Zeit r\u00fchrt vielleicht nicht nur die Narbe auf dem kahlrasierten Sch\u00e4del, sondern m\u00f6glicherweise auch der Argwohn gegen\u00fcber staatlichen Organen und Entscheidungen wie auch die diffuse Wut, die heute in den Schl\u00e4fen vieler aufgebrachter Menschen pocht. Die Unsicherheit und der Kontrollverlust finden ihren Widerhall in den Echokammern der Neuen Rechten. Diese Schwarz-Wei\u00df-Fotografien wirken wie ein Scharnier zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart, lassen erahnen, wie tief die Wunden sitzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ausstellungsort: Kunstverein Walkm\u00fchle<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>_____<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Text\"><b>Tobias Kruse<\/b>&nbsp;wurde 1979 in Waren an der M\u00fcritz geboren und wuchs in Schwerin auf. Er studierte bei Prof. Ute Mahler an der Ostkreuzschule f\u00fcr Fotografie in Berlin und besuchte dort die Meisterklasse von Prof. Arno Fischer. Er ist seit 2011 Mitglied der Agentur Ostkreuz.&nbsp;Kruse arbeitet weltweit an pers<span lang=\"SV\">\u00f6<\/span>nlichen Projekten sowie f\u00fcr Medien und Institutionen. Seine Bilder wurden in B\u00fcchern bei <span lang=\"NL\">Hatje Cantz<\/span>, Hartmann Books, Kerber, spectorbooks und Steidl ver<span lang=\"SV\">\u00f6<\/span>ffentlicht.
