Jürgen Strasser
Jürgen Strasser, geboren und aufgewachsen im Berchtesgadener Land, arbeitete nach seinem Studium der Politikwissenschaft und Soziologie viele Jahre als Etatdirektor in einer Frankfurter Werbeagentur. Im Jahr 2013 wechselte er in das Fach der Fotografie und lebt seitdem als autonomer, visueller Künstler in Wiesbaden und Worpswede. Er ist Mitglied im BBK und berufenes Mitglied der DGPh. 2015 gründete er die »RAW Photo Triennale Worpswede«, deren Direktor er bis heute ist. Die Wiesbadener Fototage verantwortete er 2022 als Projektleiter und künstlerischer Leiter zum ersten Mal.
Marc Peschke, born in 1970, is an art historian, copywriter, cultural journalist and artist, and lives in Wertheim am Main, Wiesbaden and Hamburg. He studied art history, comparative literature and ethnology in Mainz. Since then, the Offenbach native has written about fine arts, photography, photo art and pop music. Occasionally, he also works as a freelance curator, was co-owner and co-founder of the photo art gallery KUNSTADAPTER in Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main — as well as the culture bar WAKKER in Wiesbaden. In Wertheim am Main he is the curator of the exclusive ATELIER SCHWAB gallery. In 2022 he will curatorially support the Wiesbaden Photo Days.
Michaela Höllriegel has been part of the Wiesbaden Photo Days team since 2017. A 1‑year internship as a film and video lab assistant (Nuremberg), the time as a film editing assistant (Munich) and the study of architecture, focus on urban planning (Mainz) were formative stations for a conscious artistic “looking” as well as the interest in fine arts — especially photography. Since 2005 member of the artist community ATELIER Römerberg e.V., focus on photography; several times participation in Polish-German artist symposia, participation and organization of exhibitions in the Rhine-Main area.
Matthias Sabelhaus has been part of the Wiesbaden Photo Days team since 2017.
