This series shows the Bellicious Crew, a group of people who have come together through dance. However, the focus of the pictures is not the dance itself, but what has emerged from it: Closeness, trust and the feeling of belonging. The photographs capture quiet moments; we see glances, gestures, presence. They show a community that grows in its diversity and becomes strong through cohesion, thus offering our fragmented world an alternative.
